Sooo, it didn’t start with a lifelong dream of
"I want to run my own design studio"
Honestly, PMDN was born while I was navigating burnout.
I've spent the last 10 years working in design, including seven years in a fast-paced in-house creative team. It taught me more than
I could've ever imagined, buuut it also led me to a point where I knew something had to change
I still loved design and solving creative problems. What left me exhausted was constantly reacting, chasing deadlines and working late into the evening just to keep up…
Late nights
& a leap of
faith
I always say PMDN was built from a lot of late nights and a leap of faith.
It gave me the opportunity to take everything I'd learnt over the last decade and use it to support the people I genuinely wanted to work with: founders building something from the ground up.
PMDN exists to bring clarity, confidence and calm to the creative side of your business through tailored design, strategic thinking and creative partnership.
